Partille municipality is now starting a staffing team within elderly care and is looking for 6–8 experienced and confident nursing assistants who want to be part of a pilot project starting in 2026.
What we offer
- Permanent employment, full-time.

- Workplace: no fixed placement – you will staff the municipality's elderly care as needed
The assignment is clearly defined for short-term absence and aims to create security, continuity, and a calm work environment in the operations.
About the assignment and pilot project
The position is part of a pilot project during 2026 where Partille municipality is testing a new approach to staffing.
The purpose is to reduce the burden on regular staff and strengthen the work environment by covering short-term absence with experienced and confident nursing assistants who can quickly integrate into the operations.
As a nursing assistant in the staffing team, you will work in various operations and contribute with security, continuity, and high care competence.
You will work independently in your daily assignment but in close collaboration with colleagues and managers at the facilities you staff.
You will be part of a staffing team led by a pilot coordinator. Together, you will share assignments, working methods, experiences, and workplace meetings.
The responsible manager for the employment is the staffing manager. The employment will transition to the care and social services administration after 2026 if the staffing team does not become permanent.
Job responsibilities and duties
The work includes regular tasks for nursing assistants within elderly care, focusing on safe, professional, and quality care during short-term absence.
The assignment means that you:
- perform care work and support in the daily life of the residents
- work according to given delegations and ensure that these are followed correctly
- document according to applicable routines and ensure good quality in handovers
- contribute to security and continuity in the operations
The work requires that you can quickly familiarize yourself with new routines, prioritize, and make decisions within the framework of your professional responsibility.
Development and support
As part of the pilot project's setup, nursing assistants in the staffing team are prioritized for training and other competency development initiatives. You will receive support through the team and a clear structure around the assignment.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- is a trained nursing assistant
- has several years of experience in elderly care
- is confident in your professional role and comfortable working independently
- has experience working with delegations
You are professional in your approach, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for handovers in your daily work. You are also comfortable using digital systems as support in your work.
The assignment suits you who thrive in a changing environment, appreciate variety, and have a stable foundation in your professional practice.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the position.
Good to know
Provided that you meet the requirements for the position, it is mandatory to undergo a digital language test to ensure competence at the B2 level according to the Council of Europe's standard before the interview. Please note that the process will be interrupted if the language test is not passed. You will need to identify yourself with Bank-ID to take the language test.
