About the workplace
Klockareängen's special accommodation is located in Skepplanda. At Klockareängen, there are 48 housing units distributed across six units focusing on dementia, somatics, and psychogeriatrics.
We are looking for someone motivated by challenges and who wants to help develop elderly care. Working with people is both stimulating and enjoyable for you!

Job responsibilities
At Klockareängen, you will perform care and service tasks according to SoL (Social Services Act). You will support and motivate individuals in their daily lives through a responsive, flexible, and professional approach, focusing on individual self-determination.
Your work will also include performing prescribed and delegated tasks from home care services and documentation according to HSL (Health and Medical Services Act).
We collaborate throughout the facility.
The schedule includes evening shifts and working every other weekend.
Qualifications
You are a trained nursing assistant and can present the professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You also have good computer skills.
Additional education in dementia diseases, health care, and psychiatry is an advantage.
You will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as working independently. We are looking for someone with a good attitude and approach. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. We appreciate your responsibility in contributing positively to the organization.
Relationship skills:
You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with our tenants, relatives, and colleagues. You are attentive and empathetic and can build trust and security.
Low-affective:
You have experience working with low-affective responses and can handle challenging behaviors calmly and respectfully. You strive to reduce stress and conflicts in our accommodation.
Flexible:
You are adaptable and can quickly change your working methods based on the tenants' needs and situations that arise. You are creative and solution-oriented.
Solution-focused:
You have a positive attitude and focus on finding solutions and opportunities rather than obstacles. You work purposefully to support tenants' self-determination.
Digital competence:
You have good digital skills and can use digital tools and resources to support tenants and colleagues. You are comfortable integrating technology into everyday life.
