QC Analyst at Galderma in Uppsala

Galderma is growing and embarking on an exciting journey, and we are now looking for an experienced QC Analyst to join our Bioassay group within Quality Control! Are you a driven and engaged analyst with an interest in working in a laboratory environment and contributing to building the future QC operations within Galderma? Then this is the role for you!

As a QC Analyst within QC Bioassay, you will be a key person in our laboratory. Here you will work with cell-based potency analysis and, together with your colleagues, take care of the lab, equipment, and methods. You will work with cell cultures, Western Blot, and statistical analysis methods. As a QC Analyst, in addition to analysis tasks, you will also actively work on improvement initiatives focused on streamlining common processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document potency analyses according to instructions
• Review analytical results
• Be responsible for instruments and analytical methods
• Qualification of equipment
• Create and update internal instructions and documents
• Work according to GMP
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Help streamline QC's working methods and processes

Qualifications

• Scientific higher education corresponding to at least a bachelor's degree.
• Several years of experience in laboratory operations; experience with cell culture, protein analyses, Western Blot, and/or antibody work is a plus
• Experience working in a GMP environment is advantageous
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in improvement work is desirable
