About the Job

Are you interested in working at a care home in the city area of Centrum? We are looking for a nurse to join our competent nursing team at the care home in Majorna/Linné with good communication opportunities.

Your tasks include planning and structuring work towards individual patients and their relatives. You will make assessments and independently perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. Furthermore, you will follow up and document according to applicable legislation. Our unit has all the resources needed for you to integrate into the work effectively. As a newcomer in your role, you will receive an individually tailored introduction to help you settle in, with ongoing advice, close leadership, and sharing of expertise within the team.

We offer you a stimulating and varied job with a focus on personal responsibility, where you have the opportunity to influence. You will work based on a base schedule, which means you primarily work during the day with about 4 weekday evenings a month and every fourth weekend.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is advantageous if you have experience in the profession, but we also welcome those who are new in their professional role.

In your role, you will work and document in various digital systems, so it is important that you have good computer skills. Furthermore, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language to document according to HSL. Since we work within a larger geographical area during evenings and weekends, a B driver's license is required.

As a nurse, the meeting with the individual, their relatives, and the care staff is an important part of the job, so we want you to have a good attitude, as well as good communication and collaboration skills. Since a large part of the work takes place with patients in the care home, it is essential that you feel secure in your role as a nurse. Additionally, you should be able to make well-founded decisions, sometimes under pressure.
