Slottegymnasiet is looking for a dedicated and reliable vocational teacher for our Vehicle and Transport Program.

You will be an important part of our team, working to educate, guide, and assess students aiming for a future in the transport industry. The role includes teaching transport courses. You will work closely with colleagues, students, and the industry to ensure a modern, safe, and labor market-adapted education.

Responsibilities

As a teacher in the transport education program, you will have a varied and developing role where you teach both practical and theoretical components. Your main responsibilities include:

• Teaching driving theory for passenger cars, trucks, and trucks with trailers.
• Leading practical sessions on timber cranes, forklifts, and wheel loaders.
• Conducting YKB theory.
• Carrying out driving practice for licenses B, C, and CE.
• Planning, following up, and evaluating the teaching.
• Creating safety and good relationships within the student group.
• Working closely with colleagues in the team and contributing to the program's development.
• Ensuring that the education aligns with industry needs and current regulations.
• Being a mentor and contributing to students' personal and academic development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a certified vocational teacher in the vehicle or transport field or has documented experience from the industry.

Experience as a teacher in the transport direction of the vehicle and transport program is desirable.
