As a care assistant with us, you play a central role in the clients' lives. The tasks vary based on individual needs and may include:

• Personal care – assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and transfers

• Social support & conversation – creating security through presence, conversation, and care

• Medication delegation – handing over medication according to prescription and documentation and follow-up according to current routines

• Support in daily life – assistance during meals, light household chores, and other tasks that facilitate the client's daily life

• Supervision & safety-enhancing measures – being attentive to the client's needs and contributing to safe care

• Documentation – documenting interventions according to the assistance decision and implementation plan

• Emergency alarms – quickly responding to urgent needs from clients who have alerted. We work on behalf of Oxelösund municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

We are looking for someone who shares our view that care is done with the heart and who wants to contribute to a safe and professional home care service. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Care assistant education (meritorious) – with approved education and preferably experience from home care or similar services

• Fluent Swedish – you express yourself well in speech and writing and document according to routines

• Driving license B (REQUIRED) – you are a safe and experienced driver

• Bicycle experience (REQUIRED) – you feel comfortable cycling between clients

• Responsible & stress-resistant – you take initiative, plan your work, and remain calm in pressured situations

• Independent & collaborative – you work independently but enjoy being part of a team

• Empathetic & communicative – you are attentive, respectful, and have an easy time building trust

• Flexible & solution-oriented – you adapt in a changing everyday life and find ways forward

• Digitally savvy – you use mobile and documentation systems in your work

• Medication delegation (meritorious) – experience in medication delegation and familiarity with medication management according to routine

Working hours: Monday–Friday (15:30–22:00) Employment rate: 75-90% Employment: permanent with a 6-month probationary period Workplace: you will start from our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund municipality

Aleo Care is a family-owned company founded in 2017 and operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
