Are you a nurse with good experience and an interest in rehabilitation? Does it sound exciting to work in a broad and varied role where part of your job involves coordination in rehabilitation cases without letting go of nursing tasks? Falck is now looking for a new star for this exciting combined role based at Falck's unit in Nyköping/Katrineholm.

As a Company Nurse at Falck Health and Occupational Life, you will work closely with experienced and helpful colleagues such as company doctors, company nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, behavioral scientists, etc., who collaborate with our clients and their employees with good results. Our clients represent all industries, both private and public sectors, large and small businesses, which provides an interesting variation in your job, and you will encounter a variety of cultures and individuals.

You will work with:

  • Health examinations, health advice, and individual action plans
  • Preventive and health-promoting work
  • Vaccinations and sample collections
  • Substance abuse management, drug testing
  • Medical advice
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various actors in the rehabilitation process both externally and within Falck
  • Lead rehabilitation meetings with the client team within Falck as well as at client companies to ensure that the process moves forward
  • Planning and coordination of rehabilitation plans developed to actively promote return to work
  • Motivational conversations and psychosocial support for individuals in their rehabilitation process

We are looking for someone who;

  • is at least a licensed nurse, preferably with training as a company nurse or district nurse
  • has good IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver in digital tools
  • is proficient in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Meritorious:

  • experience in rehabilitation issues related to the employer's work environment responsibility, preferably from occupational health care or consulting companies
  • experience in project management/coordinating leadership of team work
  • coordinator education such as KI's coordination efforts, to coordinate sick leave and the rehabilitation process

You have a natural ability to plan and create structure to keep the whole together, while being flexible enough to adapt when circumstances change. As a communicative and customer-oriented team player, you enjoy collaborating and are skilled at listening to the customer's needs. Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position with start date as agreed. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.

The position is located in Nyköping/Katrineholm and may involve travel within the local area based on business needs, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
