Do you want an important and meaningful job? The Department of Children and Education's preschools are now looking for substitute teachers who want to contribute to the operations.

"With care for the best interests of children and joy and play as our foundation, we take on the preschool's mission. We educate so that every child, every day feels respected and experiences that they can, want, and dare".

Here you are offered a developing and important job where the working hours are flexible. You should be able to come to work at short notice. The substitute position can be anything from a few hours to a longer period, for example, during the absence of regular staff. You register yourself when you can work by requesting shifts in our booking system Löneportal, and then you will be booked when available shifts arise. Working hours vary between 6 AM and 6 PM on weekdays.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities involve daily pedagogical work with the children, such as participating in children's indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and other tasks that occur in the preschool.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has an education as a preschool teacher or childcare worker. But even if you have previous experience or are interested in working in our operations, you are welcome to apply.

You should have a curious and encouraging approach and find it easy to collaborate with children and colleagues. You are flexible and calm even in changed circumstances or stressful situations. You are expected to be professional, present, and a role model.

To work in the preschool's operations, you must:

• have good knowledge of the Swedish language, can understand and express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish as the job requires good communication with children, colleagues, and guardians. Written documentation may be included in the work.
• be at least 18 years old
• have grades from completed upper secondary education
