As a job consultant with us, you support the participant through professional guidance and individualized interventions to break social exclusion and contribute to the participant's sense of meaning, participation, and context.

We are now looking for someone who can strengthen our organization's language support work.

Job Responsibilities

As a language-supporting job consultant, you meet participants who need extra support to achieve progress in their language development. You work with a focus on the individual and have the ability to motivate and stimulate while believing in the participant's ability to develop. Your mission involves assessing the participant's conditions for language development, removing obstacles, providing educational interventions, and language-supporting work training to strengthen conditions for employment. Based on this, you collaborate with other professionals involved with the participant to jointly develop a plan to facilitate the participant's language development and/or clarify any needs for adaptation. You will have close collaboration with the organization's educator for advice and support regarding which interventions should be prioritized.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has a university degree or equivalent education with a pedagogical focus or equivalent work experience deemed relevant by the employer
• has experience in language-supporting work
• has good pedagogical and communicative skills
• is independent, structured, and collaborative
• speaks Swedish fluently and has a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• holds a B driver's license

Meritorious

• Multilingualism
• Knowledge of or experience working with functional variations
• Experience in investigative work

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent position. Full-time. Start date to be agreed upon.
