We are looking for a senior solution architect who wants to be responsible for the maintenance and further development of an established development platform. The assignment combines strategic architectural work with hands-on implementation and involves proactively proposing, designing, and implementing improvements to the platform – with a particular focus on build and delivery pipelines as well as ensuring that technical and security requirements are met.

The environment includes both an existing platform based on JBoss and a new container-based platform, which means you need to be able to support and develop both tracks. The role involves close collaboration with development, operations, cybersecurity, and product owners, as well as support to delivery teams using the platform.

• Design and implement further development of the development platform, including build and delivery platforms/pipelines
• Automate flows and platform functions using tools such as Ansible, Argo, and shell scripts
• Configure, integrate, and manage platform products such as Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Mattermost, and Bitbucket
• Provide user support to delivery teams and capture needs to translate them into platform improvements
• Ensure that security requirements are met and that security is integrated into the platform (shift-left)
• Monitor the external environment and suggest relevant technical improvements

• Experience in defining and establishing architecture principles, standards, and patterns for internal developer platforms for on-prem use
• Experience in defining and establishing solutions for automatically building and packaging software, as well as designing and optimizing pipelines, automation, and release processes
• Experience in integrating security as part of a development platform (shift-left) with identity control, access control, security frameworks, and vulnerability management
• Experience working closely with developers, operations, cybersecurity, and product owners and translating needs into platform features
• Ability to work as a lead developer and implement changes and new functionality in the development platform
• Knowledge of container technology and orchestration, such as Kubernetes
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)
