We are looking for a district nurse or pediatric nurse with prescribing rights for a full-time position at the Family Center Mörmogård, Hammarö.

Your Workplace

At the Child Health Center Mörmogård, you will be one of three child health nurses working alongside midwives, educators at the open preschool, and a social worker at the family center. At the family center, we have close collaboration with midwives, doctors, preschools, social services, social workers, psychologists, leisure leaders, and others. Your Responsibilities

With a focus on the child, as a child health nurse, you provide support and information on topics such as breastfeeding, nutrition, sleep, language development, vision, hearing, self-care, and child safety. Together with the parents, you will follow the child's development until school age. As a child health nurse, you offer support in parenting, health monitoring, and vaccinations according to the national vaccination program for children aged 0-6 years.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for a licensed district nurse or pediatric nurse with prescribing rights. A B driver's license is required as home visits are part of the role.

Previous experience in child health care is desirable.
