Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:45–16:15

• Salary range for fixed salary: Approx. 50,000–65,000 SEK/month (full-time)

• Pension 6%

This position is a new role in the organization and is being filled due to growth. You will work clinically 100% with a focus on all types of treatments, especially prosthetics and implant prosthetics.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality and safe dental care

• Creating and developing long-term patient relationships

• Working with clear communication and service

• Explaining treatment indications and ensuring that the patient understands their care needs

• Contributing to a positive and professional work environment

• Being unpretentious and helping out in the clinic when needed

You are expected to share your knowledge and contribute to strengthening the team's competence. The role involves working exclusively with adult patients.

✅ Dental degree + Swedish professional license

✅ At least two years of professional experience as a dentist

✅ Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

✅ Residing in the local area, preferably Karlstad or within reasonable commuting distance

• Experience with intraoral scanner (Trios)

• Experience with the Muntra journal system

• Experience with implant prosthetics

• Extensive experience with prosthetics

Tandcentrum is a growing dental chain with modern clinics in Karlstad and Kristinehamn, and soon also in Mariestad. The organization also has its own dental laboratory.

Tandcentrum Karlstad consists of:

• 3 dentists

• 3 dental hygienists

• 4 dental assistants

• 2 dental technicians

The clinic is approximately 1000 m² in size and has 13 treatment rooms (8 in operation). There is an in-house lab with two dental technicians working on the clinic's own cases. A total of 22 employees work within the company, of which 12 are in Karlstad.

The clinic uses:

• Muntra journal system and radiology management

• Romexis for CBCT

• Teams for internal communication
