We are now looking for a dedicated midwife or nurse for our gynecological clinics within gynecological oncology and gynecology.

Your workplace

We have approximately 6000 doctor visits and about 3000 midwife visits per year and also perform minor outpatient procedures. The gynecological outpatient care consists of several different units. Here you will find general gynecological clinics, day care with chemotherapy treatment, abortion clinics, fertility clinics, urotherapy clinics, endometriosis clinics, gynecological cytology screening, and day surgery.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, midwives, nursing assistants, urotherapists, social workers, and administrative staff. At our clinic, we meet women with gynecological cancers throughout the care chain, from investigation and treatment to follow-up and support.

The work is characterized by a sense of teamwork, high competence, and a warm and professional approach.

The position involves a mixed role between gynecological oncology clinic and general gynecology clinic.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to work for good care with high accessibility and quality. A stimulating and varied job that makes a difference for our patients every day.

As a midwife/nurse with us, you will among other things:

• Receive and assess patients during scheduled and urgent visits.
• Handle telephone advice and referrals.
• Work with care, sampling, treatments, and patient follow-up.
• Collaborate with contact nurses and other professionals to develop and improve care.
• Contribute to quality and development work at the clinic.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for you who are:

• A licensed midwife or nurse.
• Have experience in gynecology and oncology.
• Confident in your professional role with a good ability to create trust and security.

We hope you have a genuine interest in working with women's health and gynecological care and that you are committed to further developing the area in the spirit of teamwork. You are curious about change and enjoy the transition between working independently and in a team. It is an advantage if you have worked as a specialized oncology nurse/midwife, contact nurse, or have a chemotherapy license.
