Your workplace

Regionhälsan is Region Värmland's integrated occupational health service that supports managers and employees in achieving a sustainable work life. We are 14 employees contributing specialist competence in strategic and operational work environment efforts. We work consultatively in close collaboration with our client, Region Värmland. Regionhälsan has Värmland as its workplace with clinics in Arvika, Karlstad, and Torsby.

Your tasks

As a psychologist with us, you will work with:

• Guidance for individuals and groups
• Conflict management and managerial support
• Work ability assessments
• Support conversations, assessment conversations, and therapy focused on rehabilitation
• Psycho-social work environment issues
• Crises conversations

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with experience in individual conversations, training, and groups. You have an interest and experience in working with work-related health issues. As a person, you take initiative and easily adapt when conditions change. You enjoy working independently but also function well in collaboration with others. You are goal- and result-oriented and can quickly adjust when goals or priorities change.

The role requires good computer skills as well as interest and experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since travel is required in the position, a valid driver's license (B) is necessary.

If you have experience working in occupational health, it is considered an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have further education in or experience with rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment, as well as experience working with CBT and/or ACT.
