Are you a licensed psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening the healthy and providing people with tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Falck is now looking for a colleague for a fixed-term position based in Karlstad, an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door of occupational health care! Your work will primarily consist of support conversations where you meet a motivated clientele who want to move forward.

In this role, you will have the chance to work proactively and see the direct effects of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver to both local and national clients, both digitally and physically, which provides an interesting variation in your job and you will encounter a variety of cultures and individuals.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• License as a psychologist
• Experience in support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills and an interest in, and preferably experience with, delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Other:

Fixed-term employment until the end of 2026/2027. Working hours on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work is performed physically on-site.

The position may involve travel to clients and Falck units in the local area based on the needs of the business, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably your own car for work.

The unit is stable and well-functioning and is easily accessible from the E18 with beautiful natural surroundings nearby, just a stone's throw from the Klarälven river and a 20-minute walk to the city center.
