ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Travel and Accommodation Agent, you are a central part of our service work towards our consultants.

You are responsible for ensuring that our consultants in Sweden and Norway have a smooth, professional, and secure experience throughout the travel and accommodation process.

Your main tasks include:

• Booking and managing travel and accommodations, including contracts and follow-up. • Negotiating and communicating with partners. • Providing administrative support to the staffing teams. • Actively contributing to efficiency, structure, and improved working methods.

We work with a focus on development and continuously follow up on our goals and actions. This means that you who are applying should thrive with clear expectations and want to contribute to us getting better and better every day.

FORMAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience from service professions and/or administrative roles. • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with working in digital systems.
