Summer Job as a Substitute in Care and Support in Järfälla Municipality

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute in our care and support homes, you will help create a safe and pleasant everyday life for our elderly. Your tasks will vary but may include:

• Providing personal care
• Assisting with transfers
• Helping with cleaning, simple cooking, and service
• Assisting with toilet visits/showers and changing incontinence pads.
• Being a social companion and contributing to well-being
• Activating and participating in activities
• Documenting in LifeCare according to IBIC

Whether it’s about helping out, spreading a little extra joy, or fixing something practical like Wi-Fi, you make a difference every day for the people you meet. We help each other and laugh a lot together!

We also want to continuously develop and improve. Therefore, you need to use your courage and commitment to report, analyze, and learn from the deviations that occur in the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer literate
• Meritorious: Nursing assistant or equivalent education, such as caregiver. Alternatively, experience in the healthcare sector.
