ValueOne is looking for a Supplier Quality Professional for a high-tech industrial sector interim consulting assignment in Finspång. The assignment starts in April 2026 and lasts for 12 months, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment with the client.

About the role

The Supplier Quality Professional is a central function responsible for ensuring and developing supplier quality throughout the supply chain. The role aims to drive deviation management, process improvements, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to achieve the highest possible quality of Core Components.

  • Lead and coordinate deviation management from registration to implementation and follow-up.
  • Ensure that suppliers conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and that corrective actions prevent recurring errors.
  • Analyze statistics and trends to verify actions and identify recurring patterns.
  • Prepare materials and reports for meetings such as Supplier Performance Review and NCC Q-gate.
  • Drive continuous improvements through process development and support of supplier development.
  • Collaborate with strategic purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure quality-controlled processes and stable material flows.

Experience and skills

A university degree in engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or similar fields are required; good knowledge of Swedish and English and experience with quality-controlled processes and material flows are essential, and SAP knowledge is a plus.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and results-oriented, with a very good ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and build trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
