TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for an instructor in water and wastewater technology who wants to teach and guide students in water and sewage systems. The role includes both theoretical teaching and practical elements, focusing on pipelines, water supply, wastewater management, operation, maintenance, and relevant regulations.

As an instructor, you contribute to providing students with a comprehensive understanding of how water and wastewater systems are planned, dimensioned, built, and managed in municipal and industrial environments.

• Teach water and wastewater technology, water and sewage systems, and pipelines

• Guide students in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Introduce relevant laws, industry standards, and workplace safety requirements

• Teach reading blueprints, material selection, and basic dimensioning

• Support students in practical projects and technical problem-solving

• Has a professional or academic background in water and wastewater technology, water and sewage, civil engineering, or a related field

• Has a good understanding of water supply, wastewater systems, and pipelines

• Is confident in technical reasoning and practical work

• Has good pedagogical skills and can convey technical relationships clearly

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Meritorious: experience in teaching or mentoring
