About the role

As a ground worker with us, you work on various types of ground and construction projects. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Paving and stone laying
• Setting curb stones
• Preparatory ground work and excavation
• Use of tools and equipment such as plate compactors and laser levels
• Shoveling and fine-tuning surfaces

The work is practical and physical, primarily performed outdoors alongside an engaged team.

We are looking for you who

• Have 2–4 years of experience in ground work, paving, or construction
• Have good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Enjoy physical work and working outdoors
• Are solution-oriented and have a positive attitude
• Have good teamwork skills and thrive in a team environment

• Machine proficiency or experience with construction projects
