About the role

As a ground worker with us, you will work on various types of ground and construction projects. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Paving and stone laying
• Setting curb stones
• Preparatory ground work and excavation
• Use of tools and equipment such as plate compactors and laser levels
• Shoveling and fine-tuning surfaces

The work is practical and physical, primarily performed outdoors alongside an engaged team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in ground work, paving, or construction work
• Has good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Is responsible, meticulous, and quality-conscious
• Thrives in physical work and working outdoors
• Is solution-oriented and has a positive attitude
• Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team

Meritorious qualifications:

• Certificate for Work on Roads
• Certificate for Hot Works
• Machinery experience or experience from construction projects
