Are you a pro at people and administration?
Can you help us ensure good dialogue in our projects and contribute to smooth processes with tenants in focus? We currently have many renovation and reconstruction projects underway in our beautiful city – and we are looking for a pro to join us as a renovation coordinator for a one-year temporary position.
Do you want to contribute with decisiveness and competence as a renovation coordinator in connection with renovations and reconstructions? Here, you will be the important link between tenants, contractors, the district, leasing, and the project group.
You will be responsible for tenant contacts and dialogue with tenants, listening to requests, informing about what is happening, and supporting where needed, always with the goal of creating smooth processes and satisfied tenants.
Examples of tasks in the role:
- Participate in planning renovation and reconstruction projects
- Plan and execute move-ins for new production
- Prepare written information and ensure it reaches affected tenants and neighbors through individual meetings, phone calls, and mailings
- Plan for and participate in tenant meetings
- Plan and execute any evacuations
- Process approvals from tenants during renovations
- Engage in dialogue with tenants regarding choices and options in the projects
- Prepare, show, and dismantle day and display apartments
You will be part of our dynamic team in the renovation unit and report to the head of renovation coordinators.
Listening and action-oriented with a sense for people and properties
We are looking for someone with experience in the real estate industry, administration, and customer service. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage. If you have previously worked in a similar role, such as a renovation coordinator or in close collaboration with tenants in renovation and reconstruction projects, this is also an advantage.
As a person, you are a nice, listening, and action-oriented doer who enjoys meeting people. You are used to having a lot going on, are structured, and have good organizational skills. You are equally comfortable collaborating with colleagues as you are working independently.
It is important that you are communicative and can express yourself well in speech and writing. You enjoy planning, documenting, communicating, and administering – often in several parallel projects.
At Poseidon, we see diversity as a strength and therefore welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences. What matters most is your personal suitability and drive. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop and help build better housing in Gothenburg. We create space for you!
