TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for an instructor in the field of construction engineering who wants to teach and guide students in modern construction technology. The role includes both theoretical teaching and practical elements, focusing on construction production, BIM (Building Information Modeling), sustainable building, and project planning.

As an instructor, you contribute to providing students with a comprehensive understanding of how construction projects are planned, modeled, executed, and quality assured with regard to sustainability, efficient production, and applicable regulations.

• Teach construction technology, construction production, and project planning processes

• Introduce and apply BIM in project planning and coordination

• Teach sustainable building, environmental requirements, and resource-efficient production

• Guide students in reading drawings, technical documentation, and basic calculations

• Support students in project work related to production and construction processes

• Has a professional or academic background as a construction engineer or in a related field

• Has experience in construction production and project planning

• Has knowledge of BIM and digital tools in the construction sector

• Has an understanding of sustainability issues and environmental requirements in the construction industry

• Is structured and confident in technical reasoning

• Has good pedagogical skills and can convey technical connections clearly

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Desirable: experience in teaching or mentoring
