We are looking for a site manager who wants to become our new colleague in the Trestad region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a site manager, you play an important role in our projects, responsible together with the site manager for driving the project forward and achieving project goals. In addition to the direct management of subcontractors and colleagues, you are responsible for ongoing planning and coordination on site and assist in reporting within your areas of responsibility. In the site manager role, you are the link between subcontractors and the site manager, which means you need to be both attentive and communicative to succeed in the role.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is currently working as a Site Manager and has at least three years of experience in the role. You have a technical education in construction, for example from a vocational college or university, and possess a structured working method and good leadership qualities. As a leader, you are clear, engaging, and have the ability to create a good collaboration in the workplace. You are good at communicating and building trust. Structure and planning are important for achieving good results. It is also important that you are comfortable working in digital environments and have experience with commonly used software in construction.

You can express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing and have a B driver's license and access to a car.
