About the position
As a Refrigeration Technician at Swegon, you will work with commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and supplementary installations on our products. The focus will be on cooling for ventilation systems, but you will also work with and develop in the area of ventilation. There, you will work with control & regulation and mechanics around our various types of ventilation units.

You will be responsible for your own assignments, which includes planning, customer contact, completion, handover, and follow-up. The area of responsibility will expand in line with your personal development and increased knowledge. In Region West, you will work in a close-knit team with a lot of knowledge where we all help and support each other. You will gain increased competence in our products and systems to eventually have the opportunity to build your own customer relationships where we sell our professionalism in Swegon's products and systems.

We are looking for someone who has

• A technical high school diploma/vocational training
• Good knowledge of refrigeration technology, preferably with a few years of experience in the industry
• Refrigeration certificate category I is a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

Electrical authorization and good knowledge of ventilation technology, control & regulation, and mechanics are considered merits, but are not a requirement for the position.

As a person, you are self-driven as well as fostering a good team spirit, collaborating well with colleagues and spreading positive energy. You are meticulous in your planning and execution, value order and tidiness, take your own initiatives, and enjoy working with varied tasks. You are service-oriented and communicative with a great curiosity to develop long-term.
