Paving Worker at NCC Asphalt Uddevalla

For the upcoming season (starting in March/April 2026), we are looking for a new employee to join a large machine team at NCC Industry's paving operations in Bohuslän. The Role of Paving Worker
As a paving worker, you will work closely with your colleagues, clients, and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform both large and small paving jobs. Since the nature and size of the work vary, your tasks will be diverse and provide you with great opportunities for development within the profession. Our operations are seasonal, meaning work is primarily carried out from April to December.

Your Profile

You have a basic education equivalent to upper secondary level, preferably in technology or construction. We expect that you have practical experience working with asphalt in a small or large machine team.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, can work independently, and is attentive to time and safety. You will be part of the team and contribute to good team spirit and collaboration. It is required that you are flexible and adaptable and have good communication skills.

Additional Information:
A driving license (B) is required, and a CE license and forklift operator certificate are advantageous. The position is a seasonal/ permanent full-time employment primarily located in Bohuslän, but work may occur in a larger geographical area.
