We are now looking for a site manager for operations and maintenance for our establishment in Uddevalla. Your role as a site managerAs a site manager, you will work on various projects focusing on our operations and maintenance work. In this role, you will work closely with the site manager, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You will be a central cog in planning, following up, and analyzing our work. The role of site manager does not include direct personnel responsibility; however, you play an important role for our skilled workers and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. Additionally, you will support the site manager in daily tasks such as customer contact, production management, financial follow-up, and invoicing.
Examples of your tasks include:
Collecting data from various sources (IT systems, reports, dialogue with drivers and colleagues)
Ensuring data accuracy, correcting inaccuracies, and creating an overview
Independently compiling information and conducting analyses
Comparing against customer compensation, calculations, capacities, and consumption to identify deviations and improvement opportunities
Furthermore, you will also play an important role in our winter road maintenance work through follow-up, driving improvement work, and dialogue with the Transport Administration.
Who are you?To succeed in this role, we see it as a requirement that you have:
The ability and interest to collect, evaluate, and analyze data
Good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
B driving license
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Experience in administrative work or leadership
Experience in analysis, follow-up, or work in digital systems
Experience in operations, maintenance, or winter road maintenance

The position is full-time. You will be based at our office in Uddevalla and report to the site manager. The position includes both winter and summer preparedness. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
