About us

At Byggservice, we work with carpentry and construction work in the municipality's own properties, but sometimes also in external properties.

We are part of the Property Department within the Community Building Administration and often carry out work in environments where activities are ongoing.

As a carpenter with us, you will work on varied assignments of different sizes and complexities, where quality is always in focus. You will often work independently, but also together with our carpenters and painters in teams. To thrive in the role, you need to be proactive, service-oriented, and accustomed to handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job responsibilities

In your work, you will perform carpentry/construction work with high-quality requirements and work on projects of varying nature and size. You will have many different contacts with clients as well as other professional groups such as floor layers, plumbers, carpenters, and electricians.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a meticulous, responsible carpenter with a strong work ethic who can easily adapt when conditions change. You are solution-oriented and contribute to a good working environment. You remain calm even in pressured situations and act steadily and controlled. To succeed in the role, you need to be structured and have a good ability to plan and organize your work effectively.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate as a carpenter
• Many years of professional experience in carpentry work
• Driver's license B
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
