You have at least five (5) years of experience in project management, an interest in leading and inspiring others, and a desire to further develop together with our knowledgeable team and wonderful group in road, street, and land development in Sweden. You will belong to your local unit, which is part of the Highways & Infrastructure division. As our new Project Manager, you will lead both single and multidisciplinary assignments of varying sizes. We primarily work on projects with government, municipal, and private clients. Your operational radius is primarily local/regional, but since we collaborate closely both nationally and internationally, you should be able to travel, primarily within Sweden, up to 30 days per year.

We place great importance on your personality and social skills. You need to be communicative and collaborative, and we would like you to have experience in projects related to road, street, and land development.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead road, street, and land projects in larger and smaller assignments
  • Coordinate the work on the establishment of AMA descriptions
  • Prepare construction documents and tender documents
  • Be part of the continuous development of the unit's working methods and digital solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues both nationally and internationally

  • Have post-secondary education related to construction and civil engineering
  • Have experience from the construction, road, or civil engineering industry

  • Are business-minded and have a natural ability to build trusting relationships
  • Have the ability to collaborate across boundaries – both technically and internationally
  • Have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Knowledge of the German language
  • Ability to work in global environments
