We are looking for a full-time construction worker

Job responsibilities and conditions

The construction work offers a wide variety of tasks, including:

• Foundation laying
• Pipe laying
• Excavation and filling work
• Final planning of outdoor environments, such as paving and wall construction
• Reading blueprints – in some cases also measuring and setting out with GPS

Our assignments vary from shorter jobs lasting a few days to larger construction projects that extend over several months. The work is often physically demanding and requires a good work ethic and drive.

Work is primarily conducted in and around Borås.

During the winter period, we also perform snow and ice control. Work may then occur on all days of the week and at all hours of the day according to a set standby schedule.

Personal qualities and abilities

We highly value workplace safety and environment. The work often takes place in or near construction sites, which requires you to be safety-conscious and have a well-developed risk awareness.

We would like you to:

• Preferably have documented training or equivalent competence.
• Have 3-5 years of work experience as a construction worker
• Have a good ability to collaborate and communicate within the workgroup
• Be responsible and perform assigned tasks in a structured manner
• Enjoy order and tidiness in your work

Work experience and competence requirements

• Experience in construction
• Machine experience
• Driver's license for a loader is an advantage
• Driving license B
• Good ability to understand instructions and communicate in Swedish
• We apply a 6-month probationary period.
