We are looking for you who...

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is confident in their profession and has a strong commitment to mental health. To be considered for the positions, we see that you:

  • Are a licensed psychologist. We welcome both those who are new to the role (or seeking a PTP position) and those with extensive experience. Specialist training (e.g., in clinical adult psychology, neuropsychology, or child and adolescent psychology) is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Have good collaboration skills. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams alongside doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, while also being comfortable working independently.
  • Are analytical and flexible. You have the ability to adapt methods and approaches based on the patient's unique circumstances and can handle varying issues.
  • Are a good communicator. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You can express yourself clearly in records and reports and create trusting conversation situations.
  • Have the patient in focus. You have an empathetic, non-judgmental approach and work based on science and proven experience to create safety and change.

Examples of tasks

  • Assessment and investigation: Conduct psychological assessments and investigations (e.g., neuropsychiatric assessments or intelligence assessments) and provide feedback on results.
  • Psychological treatment: Provide treatment individually or in groups (e.g., based on CBT, PDT, or ACT) for patients with anxiety, depression, or stress-related health issues.
  • Consultation and supervision: Provide consultative support and supervision to other staff, care teams, or managers in psychological issues.
  • Documentation: Ongoing record-keeping and writing reports and referral responses in relevant record systems (e.g., TakeCare, Cosmic, or similar).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with external actors such as psychiatry, schools, social services, or the Social Insurance Agency to ensure a cohesive care process.
