Job Responsibilities

As a nurse in home care, you will work both independently and in a team with your colleagues. You will be responsible for a district of patients where you will perform basic home care. Responsibilities include administering medication, changing dressings, caring for stomas, tube feeding, and other important tasks at the patient's home.

You will always have access to a car and work Monday to Friday during the day.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse
At least 1 year of experience as a nurse, experience in primary care, home care, and take care is an advantage
Driver's license (B)
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
We place great emphasis on personal suitability
