Are you curious about the next step in your career? We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled physiotherapists on behalf of our client.

We are looking for you who...

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and wants to contribute to enhancing the quality of life for their patients. To be considered for the positions, we see that you:

  • Are a licensed physiotherapist. We welcome both newly graduated individuals and those with many years of experience. Further education or specialization (e.g., in OMT, orthopedics, neurology, or sports medicine) is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Have good collaboration skills. You see the value in interdisciplinary work and collaborate smoothly with occupational therapists, doctors, and nursing staff to create the best possible outcomes for the patient.
  • Are flexible and solution-oriented. You can meet patients at different stages of life and in various environments, and you have the ability to adapt interventions according to the individual's unique circumstances.
  • Are a good communicator and educator. You master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing. Since the work involves instructing and motivating patients, it is important that you can explain exercises and treatment plans clearly and inspiringly.
  • Have the patient in focus. You have a holistic perspective on health and are passionate about helping people maintain or regain their functional ability and joy of movement.

Examples of job tasks

  • Assessment and diagnostics: Conduct functional assessments and examinations of patients' musculoskeletal systems to establish functional diagnoses.
  • Rehabilitation and treatment: Design and instruct individual training programs and perform manual treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
  • Assistive device management: Trial and prescription of walking aids and follow-up to ensure that the patient feels secure in their daily life.
  • Documentation: Ongoing record-keeping and establishment of rehabilitation plans in relevant journal systems (e.g., TakeCare, Cosmic, or similar).
  • Supervision and collaboration: Supervise nursing staff and relatives in transfer techniques and ergonomics, and participate in care planning meetings.
