Psychologist for Meliva's Digiphysical Psychology Clinic – Welcome to Meliva!
Do you want to work in a values-driven primary care where care, quality, and development go hand in hand?
Background
Over the past year, Meliva's digital psychology clinic has assisted our health centers in Stockholm in providing primary care services aimed at mental and behavioral health issues. Our approach builds on a care model that has been implemented with good results at our health centers in Uppsala, allowing us to receive and help a large number of patients of all ages without waiting lists or queues. We are continuously growing, and new health centers are joining the project. We are now looking for someone interested in combining digital patient work from home with part-time work at health centers in Nynäshamn, Skärholmen, and Vårberg.
We offer you:
- A varied clinical work experience with opportunities for digital and physical patient contacts
- Collaboration with a psychology team driven by the desire to improve care
- Senior colleagues with extensive experience in primary care
- Regular team supervision and opportunities to participate in and contribute to internal training
- Great flexibility to work remotely and influence the design of your schedule and working hours
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working clinically and is drawn to working as a generalist in primary care
- Is willing to work with patients of all ages
- Is easy to collaborate with colleagues, helpful, and unpretentious
- Has excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Can work part-time on-site in Nynäshamn and Vårberg
You will work with assessment, treatment, and counseling for patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. For more severe problems, you will assist with referrals to secondary care. The work is conducted both physically and digitally, often in close collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, and other colleagues.
Qualifications/Work Experience
-Licensed psychologist with a CBT focus.
Preferred:
- Experience in primary care
- Familiarity with digital work
- Knowledge of the TakeCare journal systems
About us
Meliva is a broad healthcare group that is growing in the Swedish market with a focus on primary care, child healthcare, specialist care, and occupational health. With innovative healthcare solutions and a strong presence both physically and digitally, we have the ambition and knowledge to contribute to the development of a sustainable Swedish healthcare system with the patient, customer, and our employees at the center.
Meliva's journey in Sweden began in 2020 with the merger of several experienced healthcare providers and is already one of the country's largest players in primary care with around 150,000 listed patients. We have extensive experience behind us through our connection to the Finnish healthcare provider Mehiläinen, which has been a leader in healthcare in our Nordic neighbor since 1909. Mehiläinen was an early driver of healthcare digitalization, a development that Meliva continues to advance in Sweden.
Just like Mehiläinen, Meliva proudly continues the work with life as a mission. Wherever you meet us, we always have human care at the forefront. And the heart in the right place!
Welcome to us at Meliva and the opportunity to help develop Swedish primary care in general and psychological care and treatment in particular.
