Tumba in Botkyrka municipality grew up around the paper mill in the 1700s and today offers a pleasant area with everything from apartment buildings to villas and agricultural environments.
Tumba health center is located in well-planned and spacious premises near Tumba center and is reachable in 20 minutes from Stockholm South Station.
The health center, with approximately 15,000 registered patients, has geographical coordination responsibility for primary care in Botkyrka. We have a general practitioner clinic, home care, district nurse clinic, child health care, psychosocial team, and rehabilitation coordinator. We have good cooperation with primary care rehabilitation in the area.

Job Responsibilities
You will, together with other nurses, be responsible for home care. The position includes all tasks that a nurse performs in basic home care. We have divided home care into three areas, where the district nurse/nurse together with a nursing assistant is responsible for one area. Each area has two responsible district doctors that you meet regularly for rounds and home visits. The tasks involve great freedom under responsibility, and as a nurse, you plan your day and visits in consultation with other colleagues and the team.
Qualifications
- Licensed nurse.
- Driving license B.
- Swedish language skills equivalent to C1.
- Experience from previous work as a nurse and confidence in your skills.
- Experience in primary care/home care and the TakeCare journal system is an advantage.

Employment Type
Permanent employment, start according to agreement. Full-time but part-time can be discussed, and we have flexible hours. A probationary period may apply.

- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
