Specialist Physician in General Medicine for Stocksund VC Drop-in Clinic/Primary Care Emergency
We think new but old.
..
"It was good back in the days when..." For example, when we had emergency clinics in the region. Both patients and staff testify that it was good. At the same time, the urgent care clinics today report that they are receiving a lot of primary care patients on weekends. This is not how it should be. We must, of course, meet the needs of our patients.
We believe it is time to start this again. Therefore, we want to open Stocksund Health Center for visits on Saturdays. This also creates a unique opportunity for specialist physicians to participate in staffing this service with compensation according to the applicable collective agreement, which allows for time off in the middle of the week. At the same time, it improves the situation for our patients who no longer have to wait until Monday to receive help again.
Stocksund Health Center is growing to over 3,000 registered patients, and we are now looking for a specialist in general medicine who wants to work long-term in a stable and modernly organized primary care setting. As one of three specialists, you will have good conditions to allow your personal list to grow at a pace that supports high medical quality and continuity, with a reasonable workload.
Security and Development Power – in the Same Assignment
With us, you get the combination of:
- SLSO's structure, security, and benefits
- A small, dynamic unit with short decision-making paths and significant influence
We actively work with modern technology and new working methods; speech recognition, ALMA, teledermatoscopy, and other digital tools are self-evident. We are at the forefront and implement new solutions quickly when they create benefits for both patients and the work environment.
This is how we work – calm work environment, continuity, and high patient benefit
We work with continuity and sustainable diagnostics as a foundation, prioritizing efforts that yield clear health benefits. The enhanced staffing according to the new procurement requirements provides a calmer pace, good overview, and secure flows.
You will be part of a close team with general practitioners, but through collaboration with Danderyd and Djursholm health centers, you will also gain access to a larger collegial network, joint training, and structured professional development. You can read more about us at Stocksund Health Center.
We Offer
- Secure employment in a well-staffed organization
- A small team with close leadership and significant opportunities to choose working methods
