PRIMA Child and Adult Psychiatry AB is a private provider of psychiatric specialist care. PRIMA provides high-quality care where treatment is based on scientific principles with the patient in focus. Mental health should be as self-evident as physical health.

We are now looking for two nurses for our MÖT (100% and 75% positions). MÖT stands for Mobile Outpatient Team and primarily assists patients with psychotic disorders in our catchment area in the northeast; Danderyd, Täby, Åkersberga, Lidingö, and Vallentuna. The team is based at Danderyd Hospital and consists of two people per shift, working from 14:00 to 22:00 every day of the week, all year round.

• Contact with patients when the outpatient clinic is closed (evenings and weekends). Primarily home visits but also remote contact via video and phone.
• Provide closer contact as needed to prevent hospitalization.
• Medication distribution, support during medication intake in the evening/weekend.
• Assess psychiatric status, conduct suicide risk assessments, evaluate patients in their homes.
• Collaboration with relatives, outpatient care, and other agencies.
• Documentation in Take Care.

We are looking for a licensed nurse with a driver's license (required). Good knowledge of the Swedish language and familiarity with the Take Care journal system are required. Previous experience in psychiatry and outreach care is highly meritorious. Further education as a psychiatric specialist nurse or step 1 training is also meritorious.
