JOB DESCRIPTION

As a supervisor, you will practically and pedagogically guide participants in various tasks to test and develop their work ability and skills. You will be responsible for individuals' work training and health-promoting activities and will participate in their follow-up conversations. Your tasks include systematically analyzing and documenting in the operational system. With the new reform and the introduction of the activity requirement, the target group is broadened, which creates an increased need for specialist knowledge. Therefore, we are looking for an employee who can provide individual support, see the participants' abilities, and guide them in a structured way towards employment.

Your working hours are scheduled and adapted to the store's opening hours, as you, as a supervisor, will support the user in their work in the store. The store's opening hours currently include weekends and may be extended to evening hours in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education in, for example, behavioral science, treatment pedagogy, social pedagogy, health sciences, or another equivalent direction that we consider suitable.

In addition to a professional approach and the ability to create trusting relationships, to succeed in the role of supervisor, you should:

• have previous experience working with/guiding individuals from various backgrounds and conditions who may have mental and/or physical health issues and disabilities
• have experience with the supported training/employment method and/or MI
• be able to lead, inform, and meet participants in a pedagogical manner, using Swedish as the communication language
• have a structured and solution-focused working method, and be easy to collaborate with
• have a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have experience in job search methodology and leading group activities. We also appreciate experience in rehabilitation efforts and coaching conversations.

The recycling workstations consist of practical tasks such as goods handling, furniture design, store, sewing, cleaning, bicycle workshop, electronics workshop, and carpentry. Therefore, it is a prerequisite that you are a handy person who can easily guide people in practical tasks. Heavy lifting occurs in daily work.

The job requires you to be able to work both independently and in a team, flexibly and responsibly. You should be comfortable handling people in various situations. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and suitability.
