JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to develop in your professional role while making a difference for others? This summer, we are looking for care assistants for temporary positions in home healthcare and special housing, offering a varied and responsible assignment in an organization where the individual is always at the center.

With us, you will work in interdisciplinary teams. Our organization is characterized by the courage to try new things and a desire to simplify and learn. With our trust-based management philosophy, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize your skills in your daily work.

As a care assistant, you will work with delegated responsibilities within healthcare. Your tasks may include blood sampling, wound dressing, catheter care, stoma care, and pharmacy matters. We provide healthcare both in private homes and in special accommodations. The assignment includes care and medical interventions for individuals of all ages.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant with a vocational degree from the health and care program or approved grades from adult education courses in health and care totaling 1500 points. It is an advantage if you are a specialist care assistant or have experience with more advanced medical interventions delegated by a nurse.

You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and take responsibility in your work. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work shifts independently. You are confident in your professional role, empathetic, and attentive. You have good computer skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
