JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a caretaker/technician within the Culture and Education Administration, you have an important and service-oriented role in the daily work that contributes to our premises being safe, functional, and well-functioning for both staff and visitors. The work is varied and involves a great deal of personal responsibility.

The main tasks are located at Campus Alingsås adult education, where you are responsible for the daily operation of the premises. The position also includes tasks related to the administration's cultural activities, which means that the work can vary between different activities and environments. Your main tasks include, among others:

• Daily supervision and maintenance of premises and common areas.
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
• Responsible for locks, alarms, keys, and access systems.
• Digital case management including handling of error reports and follow-up of measures.
• Contact and coordination with external suppliers, property owners, and the administration's local coordinators.
• Moving furniture during renovations, rentals, etc.
• Work with occupational safety and fire protection in consultation with those responsible in the unit.
• Practical support for staff and visitors.
• Administration related to premises, equipment, and inventory.
• Responsible for purchasing various inventory items.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Have an education in property management or other relevant education for the position.
• Have good digital skills and experience working in various IT systems.
• Have good communication skills in both spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of English.
• Have a B driver's license.

You have good social skills, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to build and maintain relationships. With your positive attitude, you are a good ambassador for the entire organization. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in similar positions.
