Do you want to develop business in every customer meeting? We are looking for a sales-oriented security technician who sees upselling as a natural and value-creating part of the customer relationship. In this role, your mission is not only to deliver technical solutions - but to actively identify new needs, suggest improvements, and develop business with both new and existing customers. Here, customer dialogue, business opportunities, and long-term value creation are at the center.

About the role

As a sales-oriented security technician, you will be responsible for service, troubleshooting, commissioning, and new installations of alarm systems at customer sites. Each assignment is also an opportunity to analyze the customer's current solution, identify shortcomings or development opportunities, and present relevant additions, upgrades, and improvements.

You will work independently with a service vehicle and pre-booked customer meetings. In each meeting, you lead the dialogue, ask the right questions, and guide the customer towards solutions that increase both security and functionality - while professionally and consultatively driving upselling.

In this role, upselling is not about quick closures, but about building trust and demonstrating the value of the right solution over time. Through your business-oriented approach, you contribute directly to the company's growth and the long-term satisfaction of customers.

We are looking for someone who

Is business-driven and motivated to develop existing customer relationships. You have a technical interest and are skilled at identifying needs, presenting solutions, and creating business opportunities in everyday life.

You are communicative, confident in customer dialogue, and see every customer visit as a chance to create more value. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your customers, and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, consulting, and sales.

Requirements for the role:

  • Driver's license B
  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing
  • Ability to travel for work about one week per month

Previous experience in upselling, sales to existing customers, or goal-oriented work is highly meritorious. However, the most important thing is your business acumen, curiosity, and willingness to see opportunities in every customer relationship.
