Do you want a technical key role where you work closely with production, solve problems, and contribute to high availability and quality? We are now looking for a service-oriented and pedagogical maintenance technician with a focus on slicing and packaging – a central part of our meat production.

You will be part of an unpretentious team that works according to our values GENUINE – honest, knowledge, together, and responsibility and you will have a varied role where you both support daily operations and participate in development work.

Your responsibilities

As a maintenance technician, you ensure safe and efficient operation of our machines and equipment. You work closely with machine operators and are quickly on site when something goes wrong. Your tasks include:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance, primarily within slicing and packaging

• Support and training of machine operators in operator-driven maintenance

• Troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of deviations

• Quick problem-solving during operational disturbances

• Participation in the development and improvement of maintenance processes

• Work in digital maintenance systems

You are an important link between technology and production, and you help machine operators feel secure in their machine responsibilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school technical education (electricity, automation, mechanics, or similar)

• Experience in industrial maintenance

• Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and control technology

• Experience in troubleshooting in a production environment

• Good computer skills and experience with digital systems

Meritorious:

• Experience with slicing and/or packaging machines

• Familiarity with HACCP and hygiene requirements
