Job Description
We are looking for a driven and experienced Industrial Electrician / Automation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with automation equipment in an industrial environment and hold at least an electrical certification such as Authorization B or ECY.
As an industrial electrician, you will work to ensure the operational reliability of the Kungälv factory both in emergency and preventive maintenance. You will act as a support function to our production and participate in the installation, maintenance, and development of the electrical installations in the factory. Additionally, you will handle documentation and our maintenance system as part of your duties. You will report to the Supervisor of Maintenance in the department.
You will work in two shifts, which means you will alternate between day and evening shifts each week:
- Day shift: Monday–Friday from 06:42 AM to 03:00 PM
- Evening shift: Monday–Friday from 02:54 PM to 12:00 AM
Qualifications:
- You have relevant education in electrical engineering and automation
- Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
- PLC systems from Siemens, ABB, ELAU.
- Experience from similar tasks
- HMI, SCADA from Siemens WinCC, ABB 800Xa/SattLine is considered an asset
- Electrical qualifications and the ability to read drawings are advantageous
- Experience from the industry is considered an asset
Personal qualities:
- High capacity for multitasking; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to solve, understand, and follow instructions.
- Quick learning ability and capacity to take on new tasks.
- Strong safety awareness and always follows safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of automation equipment.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting in Siemens control systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance work according to scheduled routines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and productivity.
