Do you want to work in a role where every customer visit is an opportunity to create added value? We are looking for someone who thrives in the intersection of technology and sales and who wants to help customers increase their security through smart safety solutions. In this position, you will be the company's face to the outside world and ensure that every installation, service visit, and troubleshooting culminates in an enhanced customer experience - and ideally new business opportunities.
About the role
As a technical salesperson, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and operation of alarm systems for both existing and new customers. You will work independently, operate from a service vehicle, and have scheduled meetings where you:
- Perform technical work on-site - from troubleshooting to new installations.
- Map the customer's existing solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose relevant add-on products, upgrades, or complementary services.
- Guide the customer through the options in an advisory and professional manner.
Here, upselling is not about speed, but about building trust, strengthening relationships, and ensuring that the customer always receives the most suitable solution for their needs - both now and in the long term.
Who we are looking for
We believe you are someone who enjoys combining technology with customer contact. You are curious, solution-oriented, and have the ability to see opportunities where others see routines.
To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- Are business-driven and used to creating value in existing customer relationships.
- Are confident in dialogue with customers and comfortable giving advice and presenting relevant improvements.
- Work in a structured manner and take great responsibility for both the customer and the assignment.
- Enjoy working independently and planning your own day.
Requirements:
- Driver's license B
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to travel approximately one week per month
Experience in upselling, consultative sales, or working towards goals is an advantage - but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to develop.
