• Be part of our forestry and agriculture team working with the forestry and agriculture segment in eastern Sweden. Your closest colleagues are specialized advisors working with the bank's forestry and agriculture customers.

• Have your own customer and result responsibility where you manage and develop your own customer portfolio through customer satisfaction, profitability, and proactivity

• Lead the team with customer support and specialists connected to your customers

• Create strong customer relationships with value-adding and long-term business advice with tailored business arrangements

• Be a good ambassador for Swedbank and represent the bank in various contexts

• Work proactively where networking and prospecting are central parts of the assignment

• A genuine interest in economics, entrepreneurship, and customers within the forestry & agriculture segment.

• High social competence, be outgoing, and have a natural ability to establish good business relationships with customers and representatives in the business community

• Experience working in teams and good collaboration skills

• Be structured, have a good sense of order, and be responsible.

• The ability to analyze and assess a company's financial position

• Experience in forestry and/or agriculture from education or work life

• Hold a driver's license and have access to a car
