For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Program Manager – Strategic Procurement for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

Within strategic procurement/Commodity Management for gas turbines, we are now looking for a senior Program Manager who wants to lead and coordinate activities as part of our continued growth. Commodity Management is responsible for ensuring capacity in our supplier base, where our assignment includes gas turbines within the medium-sized gas turbine segment. In the role of Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate activities related to our growth plan. You will work both operationally and strategically and be responsible for reporting at both detailed and management levels. The role also involves analyzing the consequences of changes in the plan. You will work closely with our Commodity Managers who are responsible for capacity in their respective material areas, and you will report directly to the Head of Commodity Management.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and coordinating activities within the volume growth plan.
Leading steering group meetings and ensuring progress.
Developing and improving the structure for managing the growth plan within procurement as needed.
Reporting at both detailed and management levels.
Conducting analysis work and compiling relevant information.
Ensuring that each material area follows the plan and timeline.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven and structured leader with strong collaboration skills. You have:

A results-oriented approach and an ability to create engagement.
Several years of experience in project management and leadership experience.
Good experience in creating presentation materials for management levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
