JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We believe that change happens best where people are, and therefore we work in cross-professional teams to provide our residents with the support they need - right at home. The open care provides psychosocial treatment with two focuses: violence in close relationships (VINR) and addiction. We offer support to both victims of violence and perpetrators.

Support and treatment should be offered both individually and in groups, in our facilities but also, if necessary, at other locations. We want to be where our residents are, and therefore home visits for motivational work are a natural part of our tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education that the employer deems relevant. You have documented experience working with both target groups, VINR and addiction, as well as good knowledge of current evidence-based treatment methods such as ATV, MI, among others.

As a person, you are confident in yourself and your profession. You easily create trusting relationships and meet people with empathy, sensitivity, and respect. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your work while also being able to collaborate easily with others.

OTHER

The city applies individual salary setting. Start date by agreement. We apply a probationary period for this position.
