Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Wants to work with a woman in her 50s living in Huddinge

• Has good knowledge of Swedish

• Has a manual B driver's license

• Has good cooking skills

• Is non-smoking

• Likes furry animals

• Has a good command of English - to help the client communicate with English-speaking friends

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have experience in similar work

• Share the client's interests, such as painting, photography, dancing, exercising, and being outdoors

• Have experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries after a stroke

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 20% with good opportunities for more shifts in the future. The position involves two overnight shifts: one Saturday overnight and one Sunday overnight, distributed over four weeks. Working hours are from 08:00 to 08:00 with 8 hours of on-call duty per shift.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreements.

Start date: 7/3-2026
