We are looking for more staff for Actic Friskvågen and Actic Hajen in Varberg who can work evenings and weekends with immediate start.

Start: Immediate Scope: 5–10 hours/week Employment type: Fixed-term employment

The weekend and evening shifts involve high tempo, a lot of cleaning, and juggling many tasks at once. You need to be stress-resistant, proactive, and self-driven – and enjoy working practically and physically for most of your shift.

For us, it is obvious that the facility is always clean, fresh, and functioning well. This means that during each work shift you will:

• Clean locker rooms, showers, and toilets

• Clean the gym, group training rooms, and common areas

• Wipe machines and pick up weights regularly

• Ensure that equipment is in good condition

• Take responsibility for maintaining high standards throughout the facility – even when it is busy

It is an active job where you move around the entire facility for most of your shift.

• Customer service and reception duties

• Sales and follow-up over the counter and phone

• Membership sales and upselling

• Guiding members in our training offerings

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old

• Is stress-resistant and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Is self-driven and proactive, sees what needs to be done

• Considers cleaning and maintenance a natural part of the job

• Enjoys social environments and building relationships with all types of people

• Has a genuine interest in fitness and health

• Is available to work evenings and weekends

Experience in cleaning, sales, and/or customer service is a plus.
