We now need to expand our team of personal assistants in Karlstad! Our customer is a man in his 50s who tells us what he needs help with in his daily life, such as cooking, exercise, cleaning, light hygiene, and going out for activities!

You who are applying are a man or woman with empathy and understanding for other people. You have insight into, and respect for, what it means to work in another person's home. You should be comfortable in both a calm daily routine and in a more eventful one.

The position is as a substitute with the possibility of a schedule over the summer if desired. Introduction will take place as soon as possible. The position includes both days and evenings, weekdays and weekends. Working hours vary between 09:00 - 01:00.

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the disability of the customer, just as we are all different individuals whether we have a disability or not. As a personal assistant, you compensate for what the customer cannot do themselves, so they can live like others to the greatest extent possible. Working in another person's home places great demands on you as an assistant, and there may also be a family to consider. It is important to have a sense of how the customer wants things in different situations.
